Reviews and Ratings <br />
We had a lovely time celebrating our golden wedding anniversary at this hotel. The setting was beautiful with snow around, and the staff worked hard to accommodate our family. The facilities, especially the pool and spa, were enjoyed by everyone, but the service in the dining area was a bit slow, especially when it came to cocktails. Overall, it was a great experience, though a few improvements in staff availability would elevate it even further.
This hotel has a unique charm with its sprawling design that made it stand out. While the breakfast was impressive and the room spacious, some aspects like the outdated bathroom setup and noise from events could be better managed. The overall experience felt a bit mixed, particularly regarding the value for the price paid.
Our stay was a mixed bag. On one hand, the service was welcoming, especially from Diane at breakfast, but the hotel felt overcrowded with large groups during our visit. The facilities were great, yet we were disappointed with the rules regarding pool access and felt restricted during our stay. Overall, it may be a hit for some, but we might look elsewhere next year.
My stay in the eco pod was somewhat frustrating. While the pod was spacious, the service left a lot to be desired, and the dining experience was disappointing. However, the shower facilities were clean and warm, which was a plus.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the spa facilities were fantastic and the main course at the restaurant was delicious. However, the service in the dining area was lacking, and the room left a lot to be desired with its cleanliness. The atmosphere could certainly use improvement, too, as it felt a bit unwelcoming at times.
