i had a lovely morning in the pool area before an amazing treatment and massage in the spa. it was one of the best spa experiences i have had, super relaxing and i feel very chilled after. then i had afternoon tea with some lovely scones and petit fours. the spa and wellness facilities were very good

the staff were friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

I booked a beautiful room. it only had tiny windows at the far end so it was a bit gloomy. the tv, albeit in front of the sofa, wasn't in a very convenient spot from the bed. Apply:. it was a very warm evening but there wasn't aircon in a beautiful room! and i couldn't open the windows, resulting in a very uncomfortable night's sleep. we were eventually provided with fan. That was worse than useless.
