relaxing massageamazing treatmentlovely scones
i had a lovely morning in the pool area before an amazing treatment and massage in the spa. it was one of the best spa experiences i have had, super relaxing and i feel very chilled after. then i had afternoon tea with some lovely scones and petit fours. the spa and wellness facilities were very good

the superior double or twin room had ample space it was clean the breakfast offered a good selection of items the pool was accessible and i used it daily.
the wifi signal was not always reliable in certain areas of the hotel.

The breakfast was good with a sufficient selection. The gym access proved useful with a treadmill available. I found the staff accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and spacious.

the staff were friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
I booked a beautiful room. it only had tiny windows at the far end so it was a bit gloomy. the tv, albeit in front of the sofa, wasn't in a very convenient spot from the bed. Apply:. it was a very warm evening but there wasn't aircon in a beautiful room! and i couldn't open the windows, resulting in a very uncomfortable night's sleep. we were eventually provided with fan. That was worse than useless.

The room was boiling. There was no air conditioning in the rooms. The fan in the room was not very powerful.
